I cannot recommend this park at all, for anyone. While the park itself is good-sized, and the sites are laid out competently, the owner of this park is unable to handle any dissent. Our surge protector shows if the pedestal is wired incorrectly, and 99% of the time the pedestals we've encountered around the U.S. (over 100 RV parks) have been good. But once or twice, we would see a problem with the wiring and to protect our valuable appliances, would not hook up to them. We would request another site and we, up until now, have always gotten one. In this case, the owner was confrontational and refused to not only consider us moving -- despite there being at least two other sites nearby -- but he would not even engage in a reasoned discussion. We either accepted it, or not. This of course was unacceptable so I asked for a refund for the 1 night, to which he (very) grudgingly agreed. I can't say what else good or bad there might be to this park, but solely due to the owners rude and unpleasant my-way-or-the-highway attitude, I cannot recommend this park at all. If you do go there, accept that your appliances might get fried. Better yet, just stay away!

Nice big site. Friendly staff. Inexpensive. Away from large cities, but close to shopping and restaurants. There's a resort next door with 4 pools, bar, casino, restaurant, golf. All open to the public. Somewhat pricey, but nice to have the options.

I stayed in the Fairmont RV Park for a week in Aug 2017. NEVER again. I would give them Zero stars if possible. Why do they think they can charge a "Hotel Tax" while staying in a RV Park. Put me in a backup site with NO water. I had to pull a long hose to an adjacent site. RV'ers beware!!!

Beautiful RV Park with amazing views! The owner is very kind and helpful and is very proud of this piece of heaven! The bathrooms are spotless and the showers are too! (Big shower stalls with 2 molded seats in each stall.)

We saw mule deer as we entered the RV park and wish we could have seen the elk that live in the area. We arrived in the middle of November, and was pleased to find this RV park open year round. We highly recommend this park to everyone, and will definitely be back if we are in this neck of the woods again.

Spent a week at this park. Check in was easy and staff was pleasant. We had a large back-in up against the fence toward the far end of the park -- quiet with a nice view, but no shade. Great location for visiting Anaconda and Bozeman. Did not use restrooms/showers.
