The sheets had some nasty stuff on them.

We had the damn printout the other lady gave us!!!????

Positive???

The temperature/ thermostat didn't work. It was 74° in our room and we tried to cool it off to no avail. We opened up our balcony door to do that.

Lady there said she recognized the name.... And we didn't get charged "because it didn't go to charging from reservation" process.

The location is very remote. It takes about 20 minutes to get here from the butte airport which is not bad. Once you are here though you are here. Not a lot sound to see or do. The mountains are beautiful. The restaurants are okay, nothing special and they are on the price side but like I said before, nothing around here so you are kind of stuck. Service is also just okay. Staff is very friendly. Rooms are dated but the housekeeping staff obviously cares about their job and does good work to keep things clean.

Not going to recommend this place. Even though I hear it's better than Chico springs. (Not going to even try there after this place)

Pros: massage therapist Brittany is exceptionally skilled. Outstanding technique. The dinner service tempo was spot on, even surprisingly fast. The food was classic and to standard. Deliciously executed. Overly abundant. The California king sized bed was new, firm, and comfortable. Cons: I would have preferred a longer fermented and crustier bread at dinner service. The bread was a poor foreshadow to it's well executed entree. The suite requires deeper cleaning. Specifically grout work, and carpet, and ceilings. The suite is needing an interior update. Offering televisions with built-in Chrome Cast would be a generous offering.

Our bathroom fan wasn't working.

Very nice rooms. Comfortable beds, big bathroom, nice grounds, and huge pools. I love going out in the evenings in the winter when it's snowing and soaking in the outdoor hot tub with a drink.

1st off. When we got there they didn't have our reservation. (We had a print out if it) why go threw the hassle of speaking with someone and getting a confirmation # all to come to find out that it's not even the confirmation number they use?

Very clean outdoor pools. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Kids and adults alike enjoyed the waterslide. This place makes a wonderful day trip. We didn't stay at the resort, but it looked nice.

The lady helping us said the room was even quoted lower than it shouldve been. "The taxes weren't included on your quote".

Gave it a 2 star just to be nice.

Almost every public bathroom needed attending. Pool and common areas.

The pools were nice. The steak (food) was good. Over priced but understandable for the tourist resort.

Definitely not impressed.
